Remarks on rates

• Rates include for a full breakfast, 14% VAT and welcoming drinks.
• Rates exclude transfers by prior arrangement, telephone and fax calls, laundry.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment purposes. With other cards a percentage may be added.
• Reservations will be confirmed only on receipt of a 50% deposit or guarantee for payment. Cancellation fees may be levied should rooms remain unsold.
• Above rates are subject to change without prior notification.
• We have a small single room which will be available for a guide

[a] free of charge if the group exceeds 10 persons

[b] at a nominal rate of R300 / night if the group is larger than 5.

• A commission of 10% [maximum] for travel agents is provided in these rates. With regular bookings by such travel agents, this percentage could be revised.
• Children are welcome but then only in a family unit - if this is available.
